Returns

What can be returned

• Items returned within 1 day of delivery.
• Unopened and in the original packaging.
• Fresh, chilled and frozen items can't be returned, but if anything arrives damaged or past its date, tell us the same day for a refund.

How to start a return

• Write to help@pantrylane.softwaller.in with your order number and the items you want to return.
• We arrange a free pickup from your delivery address.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging if you still have it.

Refunds

Once the item passes a quality check, we refund the original payment method in 5–7 working days. Delivery and cash on delivery fees are not refundable.
